Yoga and Movement Services

My private yoga sessions are personalized, one-on-one spaces designed around your unique body, needs, and goals. Beyond asana (physical postures), our work may include pranayama (breathwork), dhyana (meditation), nervous system awareness, and explorations of the yamas and niyamas as tools for deeper connection, embodiment, and self-understanding.
I’m especially passionate about creating affirming spaces for people who haven’t felt fully seen or supported in traditional group classes. Together, we can adapt the practice to honor your body, your pace, and the ways you uniquely move through the world, without judgment or comparison.

A non-therapeutic, community-based space to support mental and embodied well-being through gentle, curious movement. Class centers on a specific movement or mental wellness theme and will typically feel like a yoga class, with grounding, guided postures, and breathwork, while also offering space for free, creative movement inspired by the theme. Sessions include a guided meditation, a supportive breath practice, and an invitation to explore playfulness and presence in your body at your own pace. We’ll finish with an optional time to chat and integrate. Open to all bodies and experience levels, come exactly as you are.

I recomend folks start with a minimum of 3 sessions. This gives us an intake, exploration and integration session.
Intake
The first session is set up for us to really understand your goals. Do some assessments related to your goals, and come up with a game plan together. You will leave with some awareness based exportations to bring back to our next meeting. And I will work on developing yoga experientials to support further exploration into your goals.
Exploration and Experiential
In our second session we will explore and play. I will teach you some yoga tools to support your overall goals and we will test them out in your body. You will leave with practices to keep implementing and playing with on your own.
Integration
We will come back to practices from our last session and add on in response to what you took away from implementing these practices. If this is our last session we will solidify a practice guide for your personal yoga practice. If we have ongoing sessions scheduled sessions will be a combination of exploration and integration. My role is to bring you practices, philosophy and inquiry, structures to play within and your job is to play and get curious.

Private yoga is a opportunity to learn intimately with a yoga instructor. I bring a heavy emphasis on nervous system benefits of yoga, and mental health benefits of a yoga practice and integrate my knowledge form somatic psychology in the practices we explore. I am also a queer and neurodivergent practitioner which can be appealing to others with those shared identities. To know that those aspects of self can be fully present in our practice.
