Move With Me
Yoga and Movement Services

My private yoga sessions are personalized, one-on-one spaces designed around your unique body, needs, and goals. Beyond asana (physical postures), our work may include pranayama (breathwork), dhyana (meditation), nervous system awareness, and explorations of the yamas and niyamas as tools for deeper connection, embodiment, and self-understanding.
I’m especially passionate about creating affirming spaces for people who haven’t felt fully seen or supported in traditional group classes. Together, we can adapt the practice to honor your body, your pace, and the ways you uniquely move through the world, without judgment or comparison.

A non-therapeutic, community-based space to support mental and embodied well-being through gentle, curious movement. Class centers on a specific movement or mental wellness theme and will typically feel like a yoga class, with grounding, guided postures, and breathwork, while also offering space for free, creative movement inspired by the theme. Sessions include a guided meditation, a supportive breath practice, and an invitation to explore playfulness and presence in your body at your own pace. We’ll finish with an optional time to chat and integrate. Open to all bodies and experience levels, come exactly as you are.
