work with me

I believe in the wisdom of your nervous system. Regularly we are pushed to fit into the constrictive systems around us and experiences of trauma (systemic, developmental, chronic and acute) can disconnect us from ourselves, others, and the world around us. I want to help folks restore nervous system mobility and responsiveness, not to eliminate your suffering, but to support a sift from what feels awful and what feels awe-filled.

In the work I do with you, I hope to be a guide toward reconnection, helping to open up the already abundant and vibrant wisdom within you, and supporting a shift from the constant hum of “doing healing” into simply being, and trusting that this is enough.

Explore our range of services designed to help you move forward with confidence, wherever you're headed next.

  • Together, we’ll explore the communication between your internal world and the world around you, cultivating greater understanding of the messages carried by your emotions, thoughts, and body. Through curiosity, compassion, and embodied awareness, we’ll work to identify unmet needs, protective patterns, and authentic ways of relating to yourself and others.

Our work also creates space to acknowledge the impact of systems, expectations, and life experiences that shape how we move through the world. From this foundation, we can begin building new patterns, learning to differentiate between discomfort and unsafety, and developing more intentional ways of responding to ourselves and our environments.

Therapy becomes a space for reflection, experimentation, and growth, supporting greater self-trust, resilience, connection, and wholeness within an imperfect world, uncertain world.

  • Relationship and couples work in my practice is grounded in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT) and supported by somatic awareness. I help partners slow down and notice the emotional and bodily patterns that shape their relationship. Together, we explore the fears, needs, and longings beneath conflict so each partner can feel more seen, understood, and emotionally safe.

In our sessions, we map the cycles that arise between you, approaching them with compassion rather than blame. Through EFCT and somatic practices, you’ll learn to tune into the subtle cues of your nervous system, communicate with more clarity, and respond to each other with greater openness and presence. Over time, partners begin to experience more ease, closeness, and moments of repair.

Whether you’re working through ongoing conflict or hoping to deepen the connection you already have, couples therapy offers a supportive space to turn toward each other with curiosity, tenderness, and renewed hope.

  • I offer queer-affirming, somatic, and process-based supervision for LPCC clinicians in Colorado. My supervision style is relational, experiential, and grounded in both clinical rigor and authenticity.

I often work from a high-scaffolding to lower-scaffolding developmental approach. Early supervision may include more structure around clinical skills, ethics, documentation, and case conceptualization, while later work can evolve into deeper process-oriented and relational exploration as confidence and competence grow.

This approach helps me assess supervisees’ individual learning needs and is also one way I intentionally support neurodivergence in supervision. I recognize clinicians benefit from different levels of structure, reflection, and collaboration, and I strive to adapt supervision in ways that support sustainable growth and autonomy.

I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ clinicians, neurodivergent therapists, and clinicians interested in somatic, relational, trauma-informed, and identity-affirming work.

  • In my private yoga sessions, the focus is entirely on you and your unique needs and goals. In these intimate one-on-one sessions, I create a personalized yoga experience that goes beyond just the physical postures (asana) and delves into the other limbs of yoga. We have the opportunity to explore breathwork (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), philosophical principles (yama and niyama) and other aspects of yoga practice that may not be as accessible in group settings.

I am passionate about creating a space for clients who don't feel fully seen or understood in group classes due to the particular ways their bodies move or embody different shapes, because often that was my experience in group class settings. In a private setting, we can truly tailor the practice to your body's needs and explore modifications and variations that suit you best. This creates a safe and supportive space for you to fully embrace your practice without any judgment or comparison.

Whether you want to deepen your yoga practice, or simply enjoy a private space for self-care and growth, my private yoga sessions are tailored to meet your specific journey. Together, we'll embark on a transformative and enriching exploration of yoga, fostering a deeper connection with your mind, body, and spirit.

  • A non-therapeutic, community-based space to support mental and embodied well-being through gentle, curious movement. Class centers on a specific movement or mental wellness theme and will typically feel like a yoga class, with grounding, guided postures, and breathwork, while also offering space for free, creative movement inspired by the theme. Sessions include a guided meditation, a supportive breath practice, and an invitation to explore playfulness and presence in your body at your own pace. We’ll finish with an optional time to chat and integrate. Open to all bodies and experience levels, come exactly as you are.

  • Small Specialty and Injury Rehab Yoga Classes though Elite Injury Rehab (Hip Mobility, Shoulder Mobility, Yin: Deep Stretch) at an affordable rate ($20/class drop-in). Each class ensures specialized attention, due to mall class sizes. First class is free!

  • I offer a growing collection of free and donation-based resources, including yoga practices, guided visualizations, worksheets, and psychoeducational materials designed to support nervous system awareness, reflection, grounding, and connection. These resources can be found under the “Additional Resources” tab.

While these offerings can be meaningful supports for learning, self-exploration, and care, they are intended for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for psychotherapy, crisis services, or individualized mental health treatment.

Individual therapy can offer something different than self-guided resources alone: a collaborative and relational space to explore patterns, process experiences, receive attuned support, and work with the unique complexity of your nervous system, relationships, history, and current needs in real time.
